1.      Check out the Trailer Setup

Before you even hit the water, it would be ideal to check out the trailer and even experience pulling it for a few miles. Does your vehicle have what it takes to tow? Is the trailer in good condition (if pre-owned)? These are important considerations before the boat even hits the water.
